Wild garlic and pumpkin seed pesto

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g wild garlic
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds
  • 80 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml pumpkin seed oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the wild garlic, roughly chop it, and finely grind it with the pumpkin seeds in a mortar and pestle. Stir in the olive oil and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with pumpkin seed oil, salt, and pepper. Delicious with pasta or simply as a dip with toasted ciabatta or farmhouse bread.
