Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 20 ml cream
- Sea salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 3 leaves of wild garlic
- 1 tomato(s)
- Butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the eggs, cream, and spices thoroughly. Remove the stalks from the washed wild garlic and finely slice them. Quarter the tomato, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes. Melt the fat in a pan over medium heat and add the egg mixture. When the mixture begins to set, gently push it from the edges to the center with a spatula, stirring gently. When the egg is almost completely set, add the diced tomatoes and wild garlic and stir in. Once the scrambled eggs are completely set, serve immediately. The scrambled eggs taste particularly good with a slice of farmhouse bread!
