Wild Garlic / Avocado Spread

The perfect wild garlic / avocado spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Wild garlic leaves
  • 100 g Pine nuts
  • 1 half Lemon
  • 1 half Salt
  • 2 whole Avocados
  • 2 whole Coarsely ground pepper
  1. First roast the pine nuts dry in a pan until they smell – meanwhile squeeze half the lemon – halve the avocado and use a spoon to remove it from the bowl
  2. Wash the wild garlic, pat dry, cut into coarse strips and place in the speedy boy (or in a tall mixing bowl and chop up with a hand blender) – add the roasted pine nuts – add the avocado pieces
  3. add lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper and puree everything vigorously until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
