Wild garlic boat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of wild garlic and some wild garlic buds
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 wild garlic bulb or garlic clove
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp nettle, ground seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground ivy or parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 grissini sticks or pretzel sticks

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple, quick and healthy

Halve the peppers and remove the seeds. Mix the cream cheese with the finely chopped wild garlic bulb and the spices. Fill the peppers with the cream cheese. You can serve the peppers cold or bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Decorate the finished boats with the wild garlic buds and place them on wild garlic leaves. Stick a wild garlic leaf onto each pastry stick and place them on the boats as sails.
