Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 2 bunches of wild garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the softened butter and finely chopped fresh wild garlic in a blender. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice and mix. Serve on freshly baked bread with finely chopped fresh wild garlic leaves, a little salt, and a pinch of garlic.
