Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 2 handfuls of wild garlic leaves
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and trim the wild garlic (cut off the stems). Chop the wild garlic in a food processor, then gradually add the butter and salt (salt to taste). It tastes great on buttered bread with turkey breast or boiled ham, mixed into mashed potatoes, or with pan-fried meat and grilled dishes. I made plenty and froze it.
