Spicy tomato butter

Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 1 package butter, room temperature
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste, triple concentrated
  • 3 cloves garlic, large
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • some curry
  • e.g. chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

for parties, barbecues or simply on bread

Stir all ingredients vigorously until smooth. Crush the garlic and add it. Let the butter marinate for several hours. Season with salt before serving.
