Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg butter
- 300 g wild garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Remove any remaining stems from the wild garlic leaves and blend them with the spices. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove the butter from the heat and add the wild garlic. Mix everything well. Pour the wild garlic butter into ice cube trays for easy portioning. Freeze and take it out whenever you need it.
