Wild garlic butter with garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 3 tsp wild garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Aromat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the onion and garlic clove, then mix all ingredients thoroughly. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator or freeze for later use. It’s delicious on bread with tomato slices, or grilled on toast or meat.
