Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 handful of wild garlic (generous)
- 2 packs of Hollandaise sauce (ready-made)
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 shot of milk
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 onions
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the potatoes and slice them. Wash the wild garlic and cut them into smaller pieces. Dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat. Season. Layer the potatoes, wild garlic, and minced meat in a casserole dish. Mix the sauce with milk and pour over the meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
