Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 125 g wild garlic, fresh
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 ½ tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Remove the wild garlic stems. Rinse the wild garlic thoroughly and pat dry. Then roughly chop the wild garlic and place it in a food processor along with the oil, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, salt, and pepper. Once everything is chopped, mix the wild garlic paste with the cream cheese. Season the spread with salt and pepper to taste.
