  • 500 g wild garlic leaves, fresh
  • 300 g water
  • 60 g instant vegetable stock
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 10 drops of lemon juice
  • Spice(s) of your choice
  • salt and pepper

Wash the wild garlic leaves and dry thoroughly. Take bunches by bunches and remove the stems. Cut the leaves into fine strips with a sharp knife. Bring the water and stock to a boil and add the sliced ​​wild garlic leaves (like spinach). Season and add lemon juice, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the liquid has evaporated. Finally, add the olive oil, stir, and let stand for a short while. Transfer to ice cube trays and freeze. Makes approximately 30 servings. Use in sauces, rice, soups, salads, vegetables, etc.
