Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup whipped cream (200 g)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 sheets of white gelatin
  • 30 g sugar
  • e.g. berries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Place the gelatin in cold water and let it soften. Heat the cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Remove the gelatin from the water, squeeze it out, add it to the warmed mixture, and let it dissolve. Then pour everything into small glasses or serving bowls, i.e. portion it out, and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Once everything has set, garnish with berries and serve. Chefkoch.de recipe update: The amount of gelatin was adjusted on May 24, 2021. It now requires 2 sheets instead of the originally specified 4.
