Salmon and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • e.g. puff pastry (frozen), for a quiche or springform pan
  • 1 kg leaf spinach
  • salt water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 100 g cream cheese, natural
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 75 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • some lemon juice
  • herbal salt
  • e.g. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

easy, quick and delicious

Season the salmon fillets with a little lemon juice and herb salt and let stand for about 30 minutes. Boil the cleaned spinach leaves in a little salted water, then drain the water and add the crushed garlic, cream cheese, and egg. Cut the salmon fillets and smoked salmon into pieces and add them as well. Fold in 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Line a springform pan or quiche dish with puff pastry, pour in the spinach mixture, and cover with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes to 40 minutes. Serve with Worcestershire sauce.
