Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g wild garlic
- 100 g cashew nuts
- 80 g Parmesan or Pecorino
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 150 ml olive oil
- pepper, ground black
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the wild garlic, remove the stems, and roughly chop. Chop the cashews and Parmesan cheese in a food processor. Add the wild garlic, salt, and lemon juice and puree. Mix in a bowl with the olive oil. Season with pepper, pour into jars, and cover with a little olive oil.
