Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g wild garlic
- 25 g pine nuts
- 25 g Parmesan
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 ml olive oil and olive oil for the glasses
Instructions

Amount for three glasses
Wash the wild garlic, remove the stems, and puree it finely. Make sure the wild garlic is dry before pureeing. Add salt, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Puree everything again until smooth. Pour the pesto into jars and top with a layer of olive oil for better preservation.
