Wild Garlic Quiche

The perfect wild garlic quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Wild garlic fresh
  • 4 Toes Garlic
  • 1 piece Pizza dough finished product
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 400 ml Natural yoghurt
  • 6 tbsp Quark
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 0,5 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 400 g Grated Gruyere cheese
  1. Place the finished pizza dough in a greased cake or quiche pan. Remove the stalks of the washed wild garlic and cut into fine strips. Finely dice the garlic and fry briefly together with the wild garlic.
  2. Mix the natural yogurt, eggs, quark, milk, cornstarch and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix in the steamed wild garlic with the garlic from the pan and the diced cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the pizza dough and distribute it. Bake at 180 ° top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Good Appetite!
