Wild Garlic – Rocket Pesto
The perfect wild garlic – rocket pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 70 g Arugula
- 2 tablespoon Roasted pine nuts
- 15 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 3 tablespoon Grated Parmesan
- 200 g Quark lean
- 1 shot Milk
- Toast the pine nuts without fat.
- Sort out the rocket, wash. Remove the coarse stems and flowers from the custom, wash.
- Grate the Parmesan.
Store :
- Pour the pesto into a screw-top jar, store in the refrigerator.
In the quark!
- Mix the quark with a little milk, add the pesto to taste.
Extra tip:
- 2- 3 tablespoons to a light basic sauce. Or bake it in bread.
