Wild Garlic – Rocket Pesto

  • 70 g Arugula
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted pine nuts
  • 15 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoon Grated Parmesan
  • 200 g Quark lean
  • 1 shot Milk
  1. Toast the pine nuts without fat.
  2. Sort out the rocket, wash. Remove the coarse stems and flowers from the custom, wash.
  3. Grate the Parmesan.

Store :

  1. Pour the pesto into a screw-top jar, store in the refrigerator.

In the quark!

  1. Mix the quark with a little milk, add the pesto to taste.

Extra tip:

  1. 2- 3 tablespoons to a light basic sauce. Or bake it in bread.
