Goes well with vegetables

Wash the wild garlic, pat dry, and remove any thick stems. Then roughly chop. Heat the butter in a saucepan and briefly sauté the wild garlic. Deglaze with the cream and bring to a boil. Add the cream cheese and stir to dissolve. Simmer until the sauce becomes creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. This sauce goes well with steamed carrots, turnips, kohlrabi, but also with potato wedges or similar dishes.
