Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 bunch of wild garlic
- 200 g North Sea crabs, already peeled
- salt and pepper
- lemon(s)
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the eggs, adding a splash of mineral water if desired, and scramble the eggs in a buttered pan. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on two plates. Sprinkle the finely chopped wild garlic over the eggs, along with 100g of North Sea crab. Serve with lemon wedges and a slice of fresh farmhouse bread for a delicious snack.
