Wild Garlic Soup with Prawns and Parmesan

The perfect wild garlic soup with prawns and parmesan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 small Potatoes
  • 1 size Onion
  • 200 g Wild garlic fresh
  • 200 ml Cream
  • Butter
  • 1 liter Broth
  • 1 bag Parmesan
  • Salt pepper
  • 300 g Shrimp

Delicious in spring with your favorite soup

  1. Dice potatoes and onions and sauté in butter. Pour in the broth and let everything simmer for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, the wild garlic can be washed and roughly chopped. (even if the 20 minutes are not over yet, the chopped wild garlic can already be in the soup)
  2. If the potatoes are soft, everything can be mashed together. Pour the cream on and add the prawns. Simmer on minimal heat and stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Add the Parmesan (in the 10 minutes) to the soup, with the Parmesan we no longer need to thicken the soup. Season with salt and pepper and have a drink! Everyone is guaranteed to succeed!
