Ingredients

  • 1 kg Bone marrow
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Carrot
  • 2 piece Celery stalk
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 piece Bay leaf
  • 1 bunch Parsley

Instructions

Good against colds AND good for the skin:

  • That broth helps with colds and that the many nutrients are good for our immune system has probably already been explained to many by their own grandma. Very few people know that the soup is also a real beautifier. Only two cups a day should help you feel firmer and fresher skin. And one ingredient is very important: collagen!

Preparation of the soup:

  • Put the bones in the saucepan and cover with water. Then add the apple cider vinegar. Cook the bones on a low heat for at least 6 hours.
  • Chop the vegetables and add them with the herbs 2 hours before the end of cooking. After the 6 hours have passed, pour the broth through a sieve and skim off the fat.
