Wild Garlic Soup

The perfect wild garlic soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Potatoes
  • 1 small disc Fresh celery
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • 1 Handful Wild garlic fresh
  • 1 Handful Vegeta spice
  • 1 Handful Salt and pepper
  • 6 piece Bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Garlic croutons
  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and roast in oil – cut the potatoes and celery into coarse cubes and roast them – pour the vegetable stock – season with salt, pepper and vegeta and add the bay leaves – simmer until soft
  2. Take out the bay leaves – finely puree the soup with the blender – chop the wild garlic and add it – puree again and season to taste – if you want you can refine it with a little creme fraiche or soy cuisine – serve with garlic croutons
