Wild Garlic Spaghetti …..

The perfect wild garlic spaghetti ….. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Pesto:

  • 1 bunch Wild garlic leaves
  • 50 g Walnuts or pine nuts
  • 50 g Parmesan or Percorino cheese
  • 100 ml Oil
  • Salt, pepper, a little lime

Pasta:

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 100 g Peas

Feta:

  • 100 g Feta
  • Flour
  • Sesame
  • 1 Egg
  1. Make a pesto from the above ingredients, I always make the pesto according to my gut feeling, instead of grams I usually work according to * handful amount * 🙂 🙂 simply according to feeling.
  2. Dice the feta and turn one after the other in the flour, egg and sesame seeds. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the feta cubes in it and place in the oven to keep warm at approx. 100 ° C.   3. Boil the noodles in salted water and add the orps (peas) to the cooking water a few minutes before the end.
  4. Heat the pesto in a pan and take the noodles with the örbs out of the cooking water and put them straight into the pan. Swirl everything well and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with Parmesan and arrange the feta cubes on top.
