Salad: Warm Green Asparagus Salad Sweety

“Sweety” green asparagus salad

  • 550 g Asparagus green fresh
  • 30 g Butter
  • 400 ml Waldmeisterbowle

herbs

  • 3 tsp Fresh dill
  • 1 tsp Rosemary fresh
  • 1 tsp Peppermint leaves
  • 0,5 tsp Dried sorrel
  • 0,5 tsp Dried celery leaves
  • Colorful pepper
  • Seasoning: Herbal salt “Green Trio” from my KB

preparation

  1. Wash the asparagus, shake dry, if necessary peel in the bottom third and cut into pieces approx. 2 cm long … Wash dill, rosemary and peppermint, shake dry and chop finely and mix with celery leaves and sorrel

Cook

  1. Heat 10 grams of butter in a pan and fry the asparagus in it for approx. 3 minutes … Pour in the woodruff punch, bring to the boil and reduce until there is no more liquid (approx. 15-20 minutes) … fold in 20 grams of butter and herb mixture and let simmer for about 3 minutes … season with pepper and herb salt

Serve
