Salad: Warm Green Asparagus Salad Sweety
The perfect salad: warm green asparagus salad sweety recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
“Sweety” green asparagus salad
- 550 g Asparagus green fresh
- 30 g Butter
- 400 ml Waldmeisterbowle
herbs
- 3 tsp Fresh dill
- 1 tsp Rosemary fresh
- 1 tsp Peppermint leaves
- 0,5 tsp Dried sorrel
- 0,5 tsp Dried celery leaves
- Colorful pepper
- Seasoning: Herbal salt “Green Trio” from my KB
preparation
- Wash the asparagus, shake dry, if necessary peel in the bottom third and cut into pieces approx. 2 cm long … Wash dill, rosemary and peppermint, shake dry and chop finely and mix with celery leaves and sorrel
Cook
- Heat 10 grams of butter in a pan and fry the asparagus in it for approx. 3 minutes … Pour in the woodruff punch, bring to the boil and reduce until there is no more liquid (approx. 15-20 minutes) … fold in 20 grams of butter and herb mixture and let simmer for about 3 minutes … season with pepper and herb salt
Serve
- Put the green asparagus salad hot in an ovenproof bowl and serve at the table
