Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g wild garlic
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and finely chop the wild garlic. Mix the low-fat quark with sour cream, lemon juice, and sugar until smooth, then stir in the chopped wild garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Tastes great on whole-grain bread or fresh baguette, but also goes well with boiled potatoes.
