Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g wild garlic, fresh
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- 100 ml water, approx.
- 3 tbsp sour cream or cream
- 1 can of tomatoes, sliced
- e.g. tomato paste
- Salt
- n. B. broth
- e.g. processed cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for spaghetti or pasta
Peel and finely chop the onion. Then sauté it in a pan with the oil. Wash and finely chop the wild garlic, add it, and sauté. Pour in water and simmer until the wild garlic is almost cooked. Let it cool slightly and puree it with a hand blender. Then add the sliced tomatoes, sour cream, and processed cheese, season with the other flavorings, and let it simmer a little longer. Finally, season again. Serve with spaghetti or other pasta.
