Wild garlic tzatziki

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 m.-large cucumber(s)
  • 2 handfuls of wild garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super tasty for grilling

Cut the cucumber into thin, round slices. Chop the wild garlic and place it in a bowl along with the cucumber slices. Now add the sour cream, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together. It’s perfect as a side dish for grilling or with minced steaks, roasts, etc.
