Wild: Heidschnucken Ribs
The perfect wild: heidschnucken ribs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
To insert:
- 1 size Diced onion
- 6 sheet Mint fresh
- 2 Twigs Thyme
- 2 Twigs Rosemary
- 3 Toes Chopped garlic
- 0,5 Tl Sweet paprika
- 0,5 Tl Venison Seasoning
- 1 Tl Rowanberry purée
- 0,25 Tl Lemon zest
- 0,5 l Dry red wine
- 4 Pinches Salt
- Dice the onion and garlic
- Make the marinade from all the other ingredients and soak the ribs in it for at least 24 hours.
- Then put all the liquid in a roasting pan and cook in the oven at approx. 180 degrees for 90 minutes. The ribs should come off the bone easily.
- We had my turnip vegetables and boiled potatoes with it. As preparation time, I only indicated the preparation for the pickling.
