Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of dandelion or other salad herbs
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 150 g blackberries
- 10 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 4 tbsp sweet cream
- 4 tbsp jam (wild fruit jelly, e.g. rowan)
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper

Trim the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on a platter. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it on top. Just before serving, mix a vinaigrette with vinegar, sweet cream, mustard, wild fruit jelly, and oil. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle over the salad. Garnish with the washed blackberries.
