Wild salmon fillet in honey-mustard sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 portions of salmon (wild salmon fillet), frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • Clarified butter
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 30 g almond flakes
  • Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the fillets with salt and pepper and quickly fry on both sides in hot clarified butter. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Stir in the cream, mustard, and honey, add the flaked almonds, and season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Arrange the fillets on plates and pour the sauce over them. Serve with potato salad.
