Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g wild salmon fillet(s)
  • 200 g leek
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 70 g rice
  • 10 ml sesame oil
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the carrots, wash the leeks, and finely chop both. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add the vegetables, and lightly roast. Add the vegetable stock, soy sauce, and seasonings. Add the diced salmon to the vegetables and let it simmer. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Approx. 400 calories per serving.
