Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 135 ml oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the liquid ingredients and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Sift in the flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven) for about 35 minutes.
