Wild Salmon with Vegetables

The perfect wild salmon with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Wild salmon fillet
  • 1 Parsley root
  • Sweetener
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 2 Fresh tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0,5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 30 g Cream
  1. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces
  2. Place on a plate and sprinkle with salt
  3. Peel the parsley root and cut into slices.
  4. Cook in fresh water (water with a splash of sweetener) until cooked
  5. Pour off the water.
  6. Pour the cream into the saucepan with the parsley root and bring to the boil briefly
  7. Let the butter melt in the pan
  8. 8 .. Scatter garlic powder in and stir.
  9. Fry the wild salmon in it.
  10. Place the wild salmon and root pot on the plate.
