Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Quarter and peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut into wedges. Make a pudding from the pudding powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and wine, add the apple slices and stir in. Make a shortcrust pastry from the flour, baking powder, margarine, sugar, and egg. Line a springform pan with baking paper, roll out the pastry, and pull up a rim about 3 cm high. Prick the pastry several times with a fork, including the edges. Pour the slightly cooled apple pudding onto the pastry and smooth it down. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour. Let the finished cake stand in the switched-off oven for about 10 minutes. Only remove the rim of the springform pan once it has cooled completely.
