Wine Cream
The perfect wine cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 piece Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 50 ml Lemon juice
- 250 ml White wine dry
- 4 leaf Gelatin
- 1 l Cream
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
- Soak gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out and then liquefy it by heating it in a water bath.
- Add white wine with lemon juice and gelatine to the egg mixture.
- Whip the cream and stir into the egg and wine mixture. Fill into glasses and chill.
