Wine Cream

The perfect wine cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 50 ml Lemon juice
  • 250 ml White wine dry
  • 4 leaf Gelatin
  • 1 l Cream
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
  2. Soak gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out and then liquefy it by heating it in a water bath.
  3. Add white wine with lemon juice and gelatine to the egg mixture.
  4. Whip the cream and stir into the egg and wine mixture. Fill into glasses and chill.
