Dessert: Welf Dish with Wine Foam Cream

Welfenspeise:

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 3 El Strength
  • 3 El Sugar
  • 1 Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 2 Protein

Wine foam cream:

  • 250 ml White wine

  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 2 El Sugar
