Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g grapes, green, seedless
  • 14 leaves of lemon balm
  • 5 cl pear juice
  • 5 cl apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 2 cl syrup (lime syrup)
  • n. B. Ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the grapes and lemon balm, pat dry, add both to the shaker, and crush well with the muddler. Add the pear juice, apple juice, lime syrup, and 4 ice cubes to the shaker and shake well. Pour the drink through the bar strainer into the cocktail glass over 4 fresh ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon balm sprig, if desired, and serve immediately. TIP: You can also add frozen grapes to the drink or place grapes on the rim of the glass.
