Ingredients for 14 servings:

  • 14 rolls (Weckle), which are not too crispy
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • 1 pack of diced bacon (approx. 125 g in one pack)
  • 600 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the ham into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add the bacon cubes, cheese, sour cream, crème fraîche, and garlic to the bowl and mix well. Cut the rolls in half and spread the mixture evenly on the cut surfaces. Don’t overspread, or it will run off during baking. Place the roll halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve with a variety of salads.
