Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g almond(s), ground
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • Powdered sugar and coconut flakes for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry with the ingredients, except the powdered sugar, form into small balls, and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for about 15 minutes, until the balls are light brown. Sift the powdered sugar and mix with the desiccated coconut and roll the hot balls in it, then let them cool. This yields approximately 40 balls, depending on the size of the balls.
