Winter Brownie
The perfect winter brownie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 gr Dark chocolate couverture
- 180 gr Butter
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 Bags Vanilla sugar
- 120 gr Sugar
- 180 g Flour
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Ginger bread spice
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° degrees top and bottom heat, grease and flour the brownie form. Crush the couverture and melt it with bits of butter, I do this carefully in the microwave. Then let it cool down.
- Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and the spices until frothy, fold in the couverture-butter mixture. Mix in the dry ingredients, flour, almonds, cocoa and baking powder and stir in. Spread on the tin and put in the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove, let cool and cut into pieces. To serve with powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, cream and / or ice cream. The brownies can be kept for at least a week in Tupperware.
