Winter Nut-fruit Rusks

- 2 Pc. Eggs M
- 60 g Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Speculoos seasoning
- 150 g Nut and fruit mix
- 50 g Salted macadamia nuts
- 125 g Flour
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Mix in the flour, baking powder and seasoning. Fold in the nut-fruit mix together with the nuts.
- 6 Grease and dust the hollows of a muffin tin. Pour in the batter and then smooth the surface. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Let muffins cool in the mold for 24 hours.
- The next day, carefully cut into approx. 6 slices with a saw knife. Bake at 180 degrees for another 10 minutes. Let cool down. Finished!
