Winter Nut-fruit Rusks

The perfect winter nut-fruit rusks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Eggs M
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsp Speculoos seasoning
  • 150 g Nut and fruit mix
  • 50 g Salted macadamia nuts
  • 125 g Flour
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Mix in the flour, baking powder and seasoning. Fold in the nut-fruit mix together with the nuts.
  2. 6 Grease and dust the hollows of a muffin tin. Pour in the batter and then smooth the surface. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Let muffins cool in the mold for 24 hours.
  3. The next day, carefully cut into approx. 6 slices with a saw knife. Bake at 180 degrees for another 10 minutes. Let cool down. Finished!
