Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Parsley
- 150 g double cream cheese
- Salt and pepper, sugar
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 small radicchio
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 5 tbsp walnuts
- possibly lemon(s), untreated for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the garlic, wash and pick the parsley. Finely chop both and stir into the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the vinegar with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar, then whisk in the oil. Trim, wash, and slice the radicchio. Trim the lamb’s lettuce, wash thoroughly, and drain. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Roughly chop the nuts. Mix the lettuce, tomatoes, and nuts together and arrange on serving plates. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Using 2 moistened teaspoons, form the cream cheese into balls and place them on the salad. Garnish with lemon.
