Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 ml milk, warm
  • 1 cup of espresso
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp honey (forest honey)
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Warm the milk and prepare 1 cup of fresh espresso. Then, blend all the remaining ingredients together with the espresso milk in a blender. Pour into a glass, enjoy, and wake up!
