Witch-style Spinach Soup

The perfect witch-style spinach soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • 1 packet Frozen spinach
  • 3 small Onions
  • 1 Garlic fresh
  • 2 packet Processed cheese
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Peel the onions and garlic, dice them and sauté in the oil until translucent. Add the spinach and pour in the broth
  2. Let it cook until the spinach is thawed and cooked for about 15 minutes
  3. Add the processed cheese and let it melt, then stir in the cream and sour cream
  4. Puree the whole thing then everything will be nice and creamy. Fresh bagette tastes good with it
