Witch-style Spinach Soup
The perfect witch-style spinach soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 packet Frozen spinach
- 3 small Onions
- 1 Garlic fresh
- 2 packet Processed cheese
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 1 a cup Cream
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Peel the onions and garlic, dice them and sauté in the oil until translucent. Add the spinach and pour in the broth
- Let it cook until the spinach is thawed and cooked for about 15 minutes
- Add the processed cheese and let it melt, then stir in the cream and sour cream
- Puree the whole thing then everything will be nice and creamy. Fresh bagette tastes good with it
