Cream of Spinach Soup (optionally with Salmon)

The perfect cream of spinach soup (optionally with salmon) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Salmon filler

  • 2 Garlic
  • 1000 ml Broth
  • 800 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 500 g Spinach
  • Chili
  • Salt pepper
  • 250 g Salmon
  • 250 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 Onion

Salmon filler

  1. Chop the salmon or put it through a meat grinder. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Mix with the salmon and form small balls or piles with the teaspoon and fry in a little oil. Can be added cold or warm to the soup.

Soup

  1. Lightly sweat the onion and garlic in a saucepan. Then deglaze with broth (which broth is up to the respective taste ;-)) and add the coconut milk. Then add the spinach and simmer for 10 minutes. Then puree everything. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli.

For normal eaters

  1. Now put the salmon pieces in the plate and add the soup. FINISHED!
