Cream of Spinach Soup (optionally with Salmon)

Ingredients
 

Salmon filler

  • 2 Garlic
  • 1000 ml Broth
  • 800 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 500 g Spinach
  • Chili
  • Salt pepper
  • 250 g Salmon
  • 250 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 Onion

Instructions
 

Salmon filler

  • Chop the salmon or put it through a meat grinder. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Mix with the salmon and form small balls or piles with the teaspoon and fry in a little oil. Can be added cold or warm to the soup.

Soup

  • Lightly sweat the onion and garlic in a saucepan. Then deglaze with broth (which broth is up to the respective taste ;-)) and add the coconut milk. Then add the spinach and simmer for 10 minutes. Then puree everything. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli.

For normal eaters

  • Now put the salmon pieces in the plate and add the soup. FINISHED!
