Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g meat (shredded meat, e.g. beef or turkey)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 can of bamboo slices
  • 200 g baby corn or
  • Sugar snap peas or both, to taste
  • 1 jar soy sprouts
  • 1 small jar of mu-err mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 250 g glass noodles, wide
  • 1 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
  • possibly spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • possibly ginger

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the meat in sesame oil. Slice the spring onions and add them to the meat. Then slice the mushrooms and add them as well. Cut the carrots into sticks or slices and add them along with the baby corn or snow peas. Sauté everything for about 10 minutes. Then add the bamboo shoots and bean sprouts and heat through. Season to taste with soy sauce and oyster sauce. If desired, add Chinese spice and ginger. Prepare the glass noodles according to the package instructions and stir them into the dish.
