Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 400 g mushrooms
- 3 carrots
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the chicken fillet and fry in a large pan. Slice the leek, slice the carrots, and quarter the mushrooms. Add everything to the pan with the meat and fry. After about 5 minutes, deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the soy sauce and curry powder. Then simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Finally, add a cup of sour cream. We like to serve it with rice, but I can also imagine it going well with noodles.
