Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Meat and colorful vegetables
Dice the meat, finely dice the onions, cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes, and slice the (peeled) carrots. Cut the zucchini and bell pepper (hollowed) into bite-sized pieces and finely roll the onions. Brown the meat in a wok, brown the potatoes and carrots, add the onions and sauté, then add the soy sauce. Season with salt, pepper, ginger (use sparingly) and coriander. Now add the onions, tossing the mixture frequently and deglaze with the stock. Cook on low heat until the potatoes and carrots are al dente to soft (I prefer them al dente). Many people prefer a creamier consistency; you can add a dark sauce thickener to help it thicken.
