Wölfi's Papaya Cream

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g papaya, ripe (peeled)
  • 200 g yogurt (0.1%)
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • ½ bottle of rum flavoring
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Note: You can tell a papaya is ripe when it feels soft when you press it lightly. If it is firm, it will not taste as sweet and will be more bitter. First, halve the papaya and remove the stones with a spoon. Then remove the outer skin with a paring knife. Cut the papaya into small pieces and put them in a bowl. This is why it has to be well ripe: Now mash the papaya pieces with a potato masher until only a few smaller pieces remain. Or simply blitz them in a blender. Then add the yogurt to the papaya mixture and mix well. Now add the cinnamon, sweetener and flavoring. Sweeten to taste if desired. The whole thing has just under 180 kcal, but can be a little less. Tip: I recommend the chocolate crepes from my recipes with this.
